In most plants, the night shift production report arrives the next morning. If there was a quality problem at 2am, the engineering team knows about it at 8am — six hours later. If a line produced at 60% of capacity, the supervisor discovers it in the morning meeting. That delay between the plant event and the information available to decide is the main obstacle to improving OEE: without real-time data, reaction is always late.

The system controls production orders by line and shift, calculates OEE (availability, performance and quality) in real time, records production data directly from tablets on the plant floor eliminating paper forms, manages lot and serial number traceability, and sends automatic alerts when efficiency, scrap or cadence fall outside the expected range.
